How delivery works

Right after checkout, you get an email with your download link. The kit contains three PDFs (the guide, the inspection checklist and the how-to) plus the pricing tool, as an Excel file and a browser version. Nothing ships, and no account is needed.

If the email does not arrive

Check your spam and promotions folders. Still not there? Contact us through our contact form with the email address you used at checkout.

Refunds

Because this is an instant digital download, all sales are final. If your file does not open, contact us and we will send you a fresh copy.

The same applies if a file will not download or is faulty: we will send a fresh copy or fix it.

If you were charged twice for the same order by mistake, contact us and we will sort it out.

This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Frequently asked questions

Can I read it on my phone?
Yes. The PDFs open on any phone, tablet or computer.

Does the pricing tool work on a Mac or a phone?
The browser version (the .html file) opens in any modern web browser, so it works on a Mac. If the model list looks empty, the file has opened in a preview that cannot run the tool. Open it in your web browser instead. The Excel file needs a spreadsheet app.

Can I print it?
Yes, for your own use. The inspection checklist is made to print and take to a viewing.

Can I share it?
The kit is licensed for your own personal use. Please do not share or resell the files.

Is anything shipped?
No. The kit is a download only.

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Depending on your location, we also accept Klarna, Afterpay and local payment methods.
